By accessing or using the ReviewStack API and website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ReviewStack provides a REST API that aggregates publicly available product reviews from sources including YouTube and Reddit, and generates AI-powered summaries. The Service is provided "as is" and may change without notice.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
You agree not to:
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Each plan has a monthly lookup limit. Exceeding your limit will result in API errors until the next billing period or until you upgrade your plan.
Review data aggregated by the Service comes from publicly available sources. We do not claim ownership of third-party content. AI-generated summaries are provided for informational purposes and may not be perfectly accurate.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or inaccurate results.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
